In addition, by the time your new employee joins the company, you do not spend any money, as recruitment agencies work on the principle of cash on delivery.\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n\r\nSo, when can outsourcing become an effective solution for finding employees? Let&#8217;s look at practical cases.\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n<h2><span style=\"color: #ffcc00;\">The company is in the start-up phase<\/span><\/h2>\r\nThe company is just embarking on its activities. The management has decided to hire a recruiter. As it turned out, there were not enough full-time tasks for them. Accordingly, the contract initially signed with full salary will change and the recruiter receives only half of the promised amount per month. Their loyalty to the company decreases, candidates notice it and turn down the offers.\r\n\r\nOur comment: If the owner of a company is working hard to launch and develop a business and has no expertise and experience in recruitment, then the services of a recruiting agency will be useful. He starts to perform his main duties worse, causes criticism of colleagues and management indignation.\r\n\r\n<strong>Our comment:<\/strong> In case your company does not have a constant need for recruitment (excellent turnover rates, no scaling) and the need for new employees arises only ad hoc, full-time recruiter is not an option, as well as the delegation of responsibilities to another employee. It is better to have a contract with a trustworthy recruitment agency, which will quickly and qualitatively close your needs on request.\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n<h2><span style=\"color: #ffcc00;\">A sharp increase in the need for new employees<\/span><\/h2>\r\nThe company has a whole recruiting department that has enough work on a full-time basis and they&#8217;re doing well. But there was a need to recruit a large number of staff for a new project in a short time. The management is considering two options:either to suspend recruitment for the current needs of the company in favor of the new project, or to expand the recruiting staff. Both options have serious shortcomings.\r\n\r\n<strong>Our comment:<\/strong> The best solution is to apply to a recruiting agency.
