How do you understand that you need the services of a recruiting agency

Despite the widespread belief that recruiting agency services are expensive, simple calculations show the opposite.   On average, the services of agencies on the Lviv market cost 10 to 20% of the annual salary of a candidate. The company is just embarking on its activities. The management has decided to hire a recruiter. As it turned out, there were not enough full-time tasks for them. A sharp increase in the need for new employees

The company has a whole recruiting department that has enough work on a full-time basis and they’re doing well. But there was a need to recruit a large number of staff for a new project in a short time. The management is considering two options:either to suspend recruitment for the current needs of the company in favor of the new project, or to expand the recruiting staff.
