• Higher legal education;
• Good knowledge of civil law, tax, corporate law, international law;
• Willingness to study for orientation in other areas of legislation;
• Experience working with non-residents;
• At least two years of experience as a lawyer;
• Forensic experience is not required;
• High discipline, multitasking, initiative;
• Ability to work in a time-limited mode and with a large amount of information;
• Strong research and analytical skills;
• Ukrainian, Russian – fluent, literate written and oral;
• Ready for business trips;
• Driver’s license cat. B, driving experience;
• English language proficiency at level B1 and above.

• Legal support of work: identification of legal risks, participation in the development of financial and legal documents;
• Legal support of corporate activities;
• Communication with the company’s clients;
• Analytical work: legislation, treaties, agreements and other legal documents;
• Contractual – legal work: legal expertise, mediation;
• Drafting legal documents (contracts, agreements, corporate documents, etc.), organizing the signing and execution of such documents;
• Proofreading legal documents;
